ASUS R300 (GPS devices)

Full Set Front Screen Top

When you think about navigation devices, the brands names that likely immediately come to mind are Garmin, Magellan, TomTom, and maybe Mio. But motherboard stalwart ASUS is out to change that perception by introducing two new GPS devices. Our review unit, the stylish yet very affordable R300, is targeted at the teen driver, since it's marketed as a multimedia device first and a GPS second, though it is a solid navigator. Available in gold, pink, silver, or white, the entry-level R300 is aggressively priced at $169, but it's loaded with features that put it in a league with much more expensive devices.
